CCTV Pipeline Inspections by BMC Corp.
BMC Corp offers CCTV Pipe Inspections and CCTV drain inspection using high-quality equipment such as our CCTV inspection camera to view the internal infrastructure of the pipeline for contractors, municipalities, property managers and engineers, etc.
All trucks can inspect laterals from the mainline, locating service connections. We utilize custom wheels sets when the pipe is dirty if the goal is to launch a lateral. Operators have supported countless SSES and IDDE programs. Coding to NASSCO standard.
Lateral Launch allows BMC crews to commence the mainline sewer pipe inspection using sewer CCTV from one manhole and inspect the entire mainline while at the same time inspecting all the laterals from the main pipelines.
We carry a vast assortment of wheel types, including carbide metal flake wheels to increase CCTV inspection video camera footage in the worst working conditions. We do investigations in all pipe materials, from 4″ laterals to 6″ mainline and up. We also do CCTV drain inspection and sewer inspection using high-quality sewer CCTV. Our equipment can inspect large diameter pipes in high flow conditions with the use of the launch system, where mainline cameras are underwater.
Our CCTV pipe Inspection truck is kept organized and clean with plenty of room for several project managers to view work progress in a climate-controlled environment.
Our IBAK CCTV camera system is equipped with a Sonde transmitter which is essential for locating buried manholes and other locations necessary to the project.
All BMC Operators are:

Lateral inspection is necessary when cleaning a pipe and with our aging sewer systems, lateral inspection is more important than ever. For example, cleaning a sewer line with a crossbore can lead to punctured gas lines, causing hazardous gas leaks and explosions. It’s crucial that clients have their laterals inspected to ensure that there are no crossbore hazards present.
UTV off road CCTV Unitby BMC Corp.
What is the difference between the offroad unit and regular CCTV?
The portable UTV unit allows our operators to access places that a regular sized truck would not fit. While still providing the same service.
This UTV unit is equipped with Pipelogix software that follows NASSCO standards, a 1000′ of mainline cable, various tractors with our custom wheels to be able to gain access in 4″- 72″ pipe size.
Smoke Testing by BMC Corp.
Sewer smoke testing is the most cost effective method to find sources of surface water inflow & infiltration.
Why is smoke testing?
Smoke testing is a relatively simple process which consists of blowing smoke mixed with larger volumes of air into the sanitary sewer line. Usually induced through the manhole, the smoke travels the path of least resistance and quickly shows up at sites that allow surface water inflow.
Why would I need smoke testing?
Smoke will identify broken manholes, illegal connections (including roof drains, sump pumps, yard drains and more), uncapped lines, and will even show cracked mains and laterals providing there is a passageway for the smoke to travel to the surface.
